I'm so in need of comfort food. To ease my discomfort.
I would throw myself in my pantry to swallow everything that falls into my hand.

Oh boy....take a walk, do some excercise, drink some water, read a book! Whatever you do, walk away from the pantry or have a healthy snack!!!0

Just think about how much you will regret it afterwards!0

How about instead of comforting food
You do comforting stretches!
Or comforting jog!!
Maybe even comforting video games : 3.0 -
Don't do it!!! Just remember that this little amount of hunger and misery will lead to a lifetime of looking great!!! Thats what gets me by!0

Just wanted to let you know, I'm taking my own advice. I'm bugging to have something sweet, maybe some sherbert, but instead I'm going to hit the trails for a bike ride and who knows. If I burn enough calories (I've already done some cardio today) I just might have some.0

But the kids are going to bed soon, I will be ALONE with the PANTRY !! Ahhh......
....
A minute went by, I'm still resisting !
I'm going to drink a BIG glass of water. And when the kids will be asleep, I will run to the living room and start the WII FIT !!!
That's the PLAN !

Buy a bag of tootsie rolls. everyday that you follow your exercise and eating guidelines, reward yourself with 1-5. i had the same problem. my reward everyday is dark chocolate and almond nuggets by hershey!!! now i've worked 1-4 a day into my meals.0
