Films you hated as a kid

Were there any movies you were forced to watch as a kid(or adult) that you hated?

Maybe you have a child who is forcing you to watch Mulan on repeat. Or maybe your school only had a copy of one terrible movie that they as a “treat”.

For me the secret garden comes to mind. It was my sisters favourite movie. She watched it often but for me the music, the landscape and voices just annoyed me and made he feel weird, I can’t really describe it.

How about you?

:P

Was the secret garden the one with the boy who had to take an ice bath? If so, I hated that one. Also dances with wolves, ace Ventura, happy Gilmore, billy Madison, honey I shrunk the kids, and dumb and dumber.

Yeah, a kid thought his legs didn’t work, and then his cousin came from India after her parents were killed. Then they find a secret garden.

Home Alone, I think it's just the amount of times it was put on tv. Just always thought it was overrated.

like back to the future. all three playing often on TV and they are basically the same movie to begin with.

Fantasia. I actually cried in the theater because it was so boring and terrible.

But that was when I was much younger. Like at least... 2-3 years ago.

Chucky, Jeepers Creepers and the Grudge. My dad let me watch them when I was about 7 and they terrified me so much. Can't watch them now
