    Hi Chazzcity!

I am back on this after letting myself go a little. My wedding is approaching too - November 2018 so I now have my head back in the game to get the weight shifted and get my toned body back.

In terms of suggestions, I would highly recommend resistance training / weight lifting. Not only does it help weight loss, it creates an AMAZING figure which cardio alone cant do.

Regardless of exercise, the only way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you consume. I feel a high protien diet works best for me. I still have carbs and good fats everyday, just in smaller quantities.

My wedding is in October - I need to lose around 20lbs.

Ehhhh I weight lift and follow KETO diet. But I'm more concerned at this point with toning soooo here's to hoping we make our goal for those wedding days!
