Soon to be 60 and looking for motivation!

Looking for accountability! Just started yesterday on a 100 day - exercise challenge to get my butt in gear. Day 2 today and I'm still able to move! I feel good about myself and that's my goal and motivation. I have a semi-sedentary job and have to get my weight down, tone up, gain flexibility and get my blood pressure and cholesterol down. 2018 is my year and I'm the only one who can change my behavior!
