G'day, again, the book I am referring to is the Calorie Counter, I have been using the app, but wish to get the book too, and some suggestions on the best? is much appreciated, cheers Sherry x0

Those things are available in newsagents.... You'd surely just get the current one as it would be the most up to date. (still unsure as to why you'd want it when the app has a more extensive database and probably more useful?)0

whichever is cheapest on amazon i would imagine.
as has already been pointed out it'll be out of date in 3 months though?0
