I am in the same boat! I currently weigh 177, wanting to get to 145-150! I am also 5'4". What is everyone's macros set at? MFP is saying I need to eat 1200 cals a day, with 50% (150g) Carbs, 30% (40g) Fat, 20% (60g) Protein. I don't feel I should eat that many carbs and need to eat more protein, thoughts?1
-
Add me to the list as well. I'm at 171.5 and would love to be 140-ish or less. I agree that I think I need less carbs and more proteins. I also stay fuller longer if I include good fats (avocado, EVOO, ghee, coconut oil, etc) I just created my account today and feel like the macros need to be tweaked but not sure what makes sense. Guess I'm off to google.0

Hard to say publicly, but I'm 6'2" 265 lbs. Highest weight ever....want to lose 40 lbs. Been on MFP a long time but first time posting.7
