New to my fitness pal

Today is my very first day using my fitness pal..so far it looks fairly simple to use..excited to see how it goes..any tips/recommendations are always appreciated

    Newbie here too but I agree...it looks very easy to use so hopefully that means I'll use it more! lol No tips, just a hi and best of luck with your goals!

    Best tip I can give is be patient with the food logging the first few weeks. As you get things figured out/get your usual foods plugged in/recipes built logging gets much easier. Also food scale if you haven't already, weigh everything. It takes all the guess work out of the game and while it may seem like a pain at first it becomes a habit really fast.

    One tip: if you don't use a food scale like me and aren't sure about the exact calories of something you eat, overestimate to be safe. (this is assuming you are trying to lose weight and not gain)
