I get 1200 a day.
I burned maybe 300 in my workout.
I don't want to eat those calories back, so how can I change my calculator just to reflect my bank of 1200 calories I get ?
Thanks !

when logging exercise change the calories to 1 or just don't log them. It adds them because the MFP setup is meant to eat them back to maintain your current deficit. However most people eat 50-75% because of inflated burn numbers.0

Why don't you want to eat them back? 1200 is not a very large amount of calories at all. If you're going to exercise, you need the additional calories to fuel it.2 -
The only way to do this is to have a premium account and set it to not add your exercise calories in. But if you're following MFP's goals you're expected to eat those calories back, especially when you're on 1200 calories.1

Or just keep track of your exercise separately...0
