But this time I gotta do it for reals!!!! I'm getting married this year!! I always start eating healthier and working out good but I always give up because I'm impatient and see no results And because of the food! So here I am trying it for the 21st time :)

P.s first time posting lol

    Don't cut out any foods you like. Just eat less of them.
    Fill up on veggies, don't be hungry.

    Read the sticky thread s at the top of the page to help you understand that weight loss won't happen all the time, you will get days it goes up as well.
