Thank you! I've been able to maintain 118-124lbs the last year. It's definelty mostly what I'm eating. I don't work out.7

Thank you. I've lost about 25lbs. I drink coffee and eat yogurt for breakfast. I eat tuna salad lettuce wraps for lunch. I eat a salad and baked chicken with green beans for dinner. That is Monday through Friday. Weekends I eat whatever I feel like but within my calorie goal. I am used to eating the same meals weekly and enjoy them. I am doing low carb and my next goal is to lose 5 more pounds. I will be satisfied but I need to incorporate working out in my days because I know that would be a major transformation. I've done all this with no working out, just eating healthy.7
