Expired protein packets?

I was just cleaning out a cabinet, and I found two individual packets of EAS 100% Whey Protein Powder. The are the single size packets. The expiration date on them is "Best by April 2017". Can I still use them if they are not opened? Or do I need to chuck them?

You can still use them. I've used a protein powder that was long past the shelf date. Protein powder unopened will be perfectly fine to consume.0

That's what I was thinking. Thanks for the reassurance.0

You are fine. I'm using Unjury Protein Powder that expired back in May 2017.0
