This is my second go with this app. I want to be successful with it after the holidays and football season. I want to lose 10-20 lbs, and looking for friends to help with accountability. Fitness isn’t the issue, only diet (weekend derailment)

The weekends are my problem to. Snacking and drinking while watching football and hanging with friends is a killer for me all the time. As much fun as it is, I always regret it come Monday. Im trying to lose 25+.0

I find weekends so difficult , I cannot deal with temptation at all but my partner can eat whatever he wants and not gain anything!
the worst thing for me is not having anyone who will agree with me or support me in my weight loss. I think because I'm not obese people always feel the need to say 'diet , you ? nooooo, don't be silly' and once I'm tempted I listen to them . the fact is I've put on 1 and half stone and I need to lose this to feel better .0 -
For me the month of December I lost 5 kg ( 11 pounds for your Americans lol). Last 2 weeks have put a dent in that where the eating has gone downhill. Have to get back on the horse now. Mix of strength and cardio/core training. Feel free to add me. Still have 20 kg(45 pounds) to go so it’s going to be a long and testing road to be in the best shape I have ever been.0
