I am borderline diabetic and the doctor has told me I have to lower my blood sugar. I don't know a whole lot about carbs and sugar but find I am not eating enough calories in a day. I don't know how to up the calories without upping everything else and need some help with meal planning.

Avacados, olive oil, nuts..are good sources of calories with fat and protein and have so many other health benefits as well as regulating your blood sugar.
I'm sure you've been told that before.. but..
I thought I'd answer anyway.
I have a hard time staying within My calories!
