I can't have anything that allows me to eat to much in my place.. i even catch myself eating spoonfulls of peanut butter or jam.. so *kitten* it.. its gone.
Looking forward... im on day three of my new years resolution. Looking to drop 20 pounds before my wedding in april.
Support needed... my babe of a wife to be is cool but she was never a fatty and doesnt truely understand.

my wife is naturally thin, and she doesn't know the fluffy struggles. I crush food just because it's there. totally get it0

LOL I am a total “mindless eater”. I felt hungry the other day and thought it was because I forgot to eat lunch, so I ate. Went to log the food and I had already had lunch. Totally didn’t remember it. That is why this works. If you log everything you start to see just how much you actually eat.
If you tend to do a lot of small snacking, a bite here a bite there, you may want to keep an actual hand written journal for awhile so you can record every bite.0
