After losing and then gaining 15 back, I am now at 193, 40 pounds is a good goal for me. Also I am 5'5, too.

I am close. Currently 160lbs would like to see 130 so aiming for 30lbs I know I like 139 but my goal is as of now 130 I am 5 ft 4. I am also quite curvy so I worry if I lose too much may lose some of that.

I am in the same boat! I currently weigh 177, wanting to get to 145-150! I am also 5'4". What is everyone's macros set at? MFP is saying I need to eat 1200 cals a day, with 50% (150g) Carbs, 30% (40g) Fat, 20% (60g) Protein. I don't feel I should eat that many carbs and need to eat more protein, thoughts?

Add me to the list as well. I'm at 171.5 and would love to be 140-ish or less. I agree that I think I need less carbs and more proteins. I also stay fuller longer if I include good fats (avocado, EVOO, ghee, coconut oil, etc) I just created my account today and feel like the macros need to be tweaked but not sure what makes sense. Guess I'm off to google.
