My New Years resolution is to lose 20lbs and cut out sugar and carbs from my diet! Super excited. This is day 4 and my body and skin already feels better!

    I have way more than 20 but I'm trying to cut sugars and carbs also. Tomorrow is the 4th day for me. It's amazing though what a difference a few days make.

    My goal is to lose 70 by the end of the year. Hope to cut out soda and fast foods. Also hope to learn to cook more. This week has been good so far. Lost a pound already.
