    One of the Chinese Buffets around here makes delivery.

    Steer clear of tempura and the cooked stuff and sushi is actually healthy! =)

    Watch out for the Rice......otherwise it's damn good :)

    I was at a "Kaiten" Sushi restaurant a few weeks ago, where the sushi comes down a conveyor belt like a sushi train. You pick what looks good, and you are charged by the color of the plate.

    I had to eat the centers and the sliced fish, but leave the rice behind as much as possible, and it was quite good!

    sushi actually isn't too bad for you! like someone said, just avoid tempura, fatty sauces and tons of rice and you'll be good!

    miso soup is really yummy too - very high in sodium but low calorie and low fat, if not fat free. nice splurge once in a while.

    Haha that's WAY better than other takeaway though.

    If they deliver sashimi that's awesome - sushi greatness without the rice! I have to walk up to the mall to get sushi which is a bit of a trek... a good thing really as I love it!!

    Yes, this is the problem I was referring to as well! My lunch cost me $30!! I'm gonna get a scolding tonight when hubby sees THAT receipt!
