Yummiest Chocolate Shake EVER!

I am learning how to make my protein shakes into almost full meals (just add a little fruit on the side and this would be a very filling and satisfying meal!)

1-2 Cups of ice depending on how thick you like your shake
1 cup Almond Milk- I use Trader Joe's Unsweetened Vanilla (40 Calories)
1 Scoop Jillian Michaels Triple Chocolate Protein Powder (100 Calories)
1 Tablespoon Trader Joe's Better N Peanut Butter (50 Calories)
1 Fiber One Brownie broken into pieces (90 Calories)

Put it all in a blender and you are good to go!

Nutritional Info:
280 Calories
19 Grams of Protein
10 Grams of Fiber

Pretty high in calorie for a shake, but if you are drinking it as a meal with a side of fruits or veggies it is great! Plus the shake ends up being pretty big and takes a while to drink (at least for me) which adds to the satisfaction. So filling!
