Hello all!
I'll start off with a little confession... I made this account back in 2016 and didn't stick to it!
Now I'm sitting here at the prime age of 24, desperately wanting to shave off my excess flab and at least start to live life feeling confident!

I currently sit at around the 5"4 mark, and seem to fluctuate between 65-67KG with a pant size of around the shameful 10-12 mark.
Although "weight" itself isn't a goal i particularly have, I do definitely want to lose my upper arm, belly, and thigh fat, because lets be honest, overhang ain't pretty :P

At the current moment all I'm really getting into right now is both cycling (30min work commute) at least 4 times a week, and dedicating 15-30 min to generic internet workouts for those with no gear/equipment. I've not signed up to a gym (yet!) but is definitely something I'd like to work toward. To be fair I'm not sure I'd enjoy gym life. or at least till i try make some friends anyway!!

Please add me! Please talk to me! I'd love to see what/ how others get about weight loss and living a healthier life!!

Thanks! :)

Hi I'm Randy.. I'm 24 too! I've been on and off with MFP but it has helped me control my aggressive appetite towards all things edible and I've managed to get about 20 pounds shy of my goal... Well maybe 25 pounds shy of my goal... I got a McDonalds gift card for Christmas, them dang double quarter pounders... Lord have mercy.... so yea 25 pounds from my goal sounds about right...

I'm Wendy and guess what.. Also 24! I'm 5'8", Dutch and currently at about 139 lbs/63 kg. My highest weight was 72 and I'm looking to get to 58 kg (Maybe a bit lower before I start recomp, since that's when most people gain a little water weight. I'd like it to be the high range of maintenance). I've started on MFP in June and had a 3 month break in between somewhere. Time sure moves fast!

I do both weights (only dumbbells at home up to 15 kg/33 lbs) and pilates based exercises, which I try to do every day. My schedule is two days upper body, two days lower body (1 day pilates based, 1 day weights) and repeat.

I hope you'll find your inspiration and reach your goals! :) I'll add you for support.
