It’s Time

I lost all my weight 5 years ago. I was 30 pounds away from my goal. Fast forward to present day, I’ve gained ALL 100 pounds back. I’m disappointed with myself. I’m battling myself with beginning this journey again. My relationship with food has become emotional. BUT at the same time, I want the weight off. It’s affecting every. single. aspect of my life. Even my husband told me my weight is the reason we are rarely intimate these days.
I’m looking for support and people that can relate.

I lost all my weight 5 years ago and last year I quit smoking and gained 40. It kind of defeats the whole purpose because I can’t breathe due to my weight gain! I too am looking for inspiration.0

Let’s be the support each other needs!! I quit smoking too and even though I had already gained the weight back. Food has replaced my ‘cigarette breaks’.
We CAN do this!!1 -
I did not mean to decline your friend request. I am new to this and did it on accident. Please request again0
