My name is Adecelis but you may call me Celly I’m 41 years old with 3 kids and I’m fighting a crazy fight 1st let me say I’m 330lbs and I’m over weight by 140lbs I also have cancer and my body is very weak from the chemo but to make things worst I have a disability which only allows me to be on my feet only but so long I only due 2 exercise
1- tread mill walking and 2nd water workouts I need all the help and support I can get so I’m hoping to me anyone who has any ideas on anything....
P.S. I already lost 6lbs

I'm sorry to hear abut your illnesses and pain. But you can lose weight. Exercise is good for you, but rely on appropriate food intake to lose weight. Set up MFP with your stats, and you get a calorie target. Eat what you want, but stick to the calorie target like glue. Losing weight takes a lot of time, but keeping it off takes the rest of your life.
