If all those people out there who have had success than you can too. You want to have a long and healthy life. Eat well and move. Maybe set a goal for yourself...I just started training for a 5k. One of my goals is to run a 5k race this year. Or, schedule a vacation. Goals or trips always help me.0

Consider this, what if motivation is overrated? Personally, I’d change the name of this board to determination if I could. Motivation starts a project, determination sees it through to the end.
Weight loss is a slow process. No one is going to feel motivated all the time. Motivation is fleeting. Try to form some good habits. Summon some determination when needed.0 -
