Hi everyone. My name is Chiavani. I live in sunny FL and I am all about embracing change this year. One of the things I’m changing is how so treat myself in my own self narrative and in taking the time to care for myself. My goals are to improve my health, look good, get stronger/leaner, and feel great. I also want to look smoking hot in a bikini.

    Hi chiavani. Good luck. I've only just started again. Only exercising indoors as Lincolnshire is far from sunny (I'm not jelous at all
