Severe leg cramps

I have been on keto for 4 days. On day 3 I started having severe leg cramps. I have a serving of vegetables with 3 meals. Any suggestions?

Are you getting electrolytes?
Adding salt?
Getting magnesium/potassium?1 -

Have been having leg cramps too and suggestion has been increasing hydration and having a banana or potato every day.0

I suffer from aching legs in tbe night, i swear by magnesium supliments but do whats right for you0

Ok I know that this sounds really weird, but my grandma was having really bad leg cramps at night and one of her co-workers told her to take a bar of soap--anything except Dove-- and put it underneath the sheet at the foot of her bed. Sure enough it stopped her cramps....not sure why lol. But hey, if it might help it's worth a shot0
