Hi everyone! I am also trying to lose at least 30lbs! I am 37, a mom of two little ones, and I am a full time special education teacher. I have been struggling to lose this weight for a few years now so I need motivation and support! I have lost 3lbs since using mfp and my mini goal is to lose 15lbs by my birthday in March. I know we can do this!!1

I second that. When I add new friends and when I notice that I haven't chatted with someone in a while, I find a reason to do so. It makes for a connection, which I find helps me in the long-run, even if it's once every few months. Granted, I did take a very long break from MFP, and now I'm back with very few friends! 5'3ish and looking to lose about 25. Anyone can feel free to add me.1
