New to this... Trying to lose 30 this muffin top

Hello,
My names Brianne I am from Harrisburg PA. Most of my life I was under weight, then I turned 30 and quit smoking. At first I was hairy to gain some weight and have curves, but the right didn't stop at my tits and butt, soon I had a stomach sticking out almost as far as my boob's. It's gotten to the point I hate looking in the mirror and on wear baggy clothes. Finally I've decided it's time to do something about it. So that's why I'm here, hopefully, along the way I'll meet people who and we can sort each others weight loss journeys.

Hey, my name is Melissa. I'm from Elgin, New Brunswick in Canada. I've been overweight most of my life, well more then overweight. I was horrified to learn that I was not just in the obese category but the Obese II category. I hold a lot of the weight in my midsection making finding clothes that look good super hard. The worst part is getting pictures taken. The last time I saw a picture someone took of me on facebook I seriously cried. Really hoping this year is the year I start getting things right and lose the weight.
I really had no idea where to start but I found an awesome app that at least for this first week has been a great eye opening help. It's call 8fit. I'm just using the free app and honestly it is AMAZING! I'm loving it. You should check it out using the link below. It creates a workout plan for you based on you fitness level. It also creates a meal plan for you with you dietary preference and compiles a grocery list. I have to say in like 8 years of trying to lose weight this is the first time I really think I'm going to do it thanks to this app.
