Kinda down that i have not completed my C25k training. i have only 4 runs to go, but i have been making excuses not to run lately. I Must finish this! I dont want to be a quitter.
On a positive note, I have just 3 pounds to go to hit 170 lbs. I will turn 49 this year and have not been at this weight since the 1980s. In 2010 i hit a high weight of 212 lbs.

I’d like to change the name of this board to Deternation and Support. Get out your dictionary. Look up motivation and it’s no suprise it’s about getting moving. The start. But look up determination and it’s about finishing.
You started this, now finish it. Maybe you won’t like it at your goal weight. Maybe you’ll decide after the fact that running isn’t for you. But right now you’ve started down this road and can see the end. But seeing and doing aren’t the same thing. Summon some determination and finish the job.1 -

i have no doubt that i will finish. when i do run my first 5k, I will be strong.4
