Need help getting started

Hey everyone, I'm a college student who needs help with motivation. I've tried to lose weight before but I've always given up. Any tips?

    Have your previous attempts involved being overly restrictive with calories and food choices?
    Perhaps you ended up binging (from being hungry or craving something "bad"?) then giving up?

    .... You need to be strict with your calories, but not with your food choices. Be flexible may help you stick with it
