I started a keto lifestyle on 1/3/18. I’ve been Paleo for two years and have done CrossFit for over 5 years but still not where I want to be so Working to get to the next level of fitness.

I've started the Keto diet today I've been lifting heavy the past year & my weight hasn't shifted. My eating habits were also healthy but I've decided to do Keto & introduce a lot more cardio. Feel free to ask questions. I've also got a certificate in health & fitness.0
