So....was really craving some chocolate chip cookies and whipped this up in seriously 8 minutes (then baked for about 7 minutes). They are extremely good and super, super easy!! Here is the recipe from chocolatecoveredkatie.com
The recipe says 7-12 cookies, I made 10
“Not Guilty”
Chocolate-Chip Cookies
(makes 7-12 cookies)
1/3 cup plus 1/4 cup flour (I used 70g oat flour. You can use all-purpose or spelt.) **I USED WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR**
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda (not baking powder)
2T to 1/3 cup chocolate chips, depending on your preference **I USED 1/3 CUP**
2T brown sugar (do not omit or sub with white) (20g)
2T white sugar (If you have no sweet tooth, like me, you can omit) (24g) **I USED SPLENDA**
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1T vegetable oil (or pre-melted margarine) (12g) **I USED I CAN'T BELIEVE IT'S NOT BUTTER FAT FREE**
1-3T nondairy milk, as needed (feel free to switch proportions of milk and oil) (15-45g) **I USED 3tbs VANILLA SOYMILK**
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Mix your dry ingredients, then add in wet. Form cookies and bake 6-7 minutes. Take out when still underdone–they’ll continue to cook while cooling, and so you don’t want them to get hard.
SOOOOO...Good!!! Enjoy!!!

I literally just made these but mine are about 150 calories a piece because I have to use GF flour and I can't have soy oil so I had to use the canola oil...I'm jealous of yours!!!! Mine turned out very tasty though.0
