Hi there!
I want some advice about my diary!
Have a look...
Tell me what I'm doing right/wrong
Tell me how I can go about losing weight!
I eat more now than I ever have before, but apparently this is what I should be doing!
I must admit, I did not add 2 pieces of chocolate cake I had over 10 days ago... add that...

Hey (:
You seem to be getting too much protein, try to keep an eye on it. Maybe limit your cheese to once or twice a week?
And make sure you always get your 8 cups of water a day (:0 -
It actually looks pretty good. I would try to watch the sweets but there's nothing wrong with having a sweet treat once a day. Especially if you have the calories for it. I think you are doing a really good job, granted I only looked back a few days though! :O)0

Personally really like your diet. Looking at yesterday's log (Thursday) the one thing I would change would be to add some more protein to your breakfast and maybe adjust that protein goal (66g of protein per day is a bit crazy in my opinion, I would try to go between 100-110 as you did yesterday.0

up your water and how is your sodium looking0

You should up your protein goal, your goal seems pretty low for protein.0
-
Maybe start tracking your sugar as well0

You're dong fine on cals.
Looks like you prefer more carbs to protein so it might be worth trying to include more complex carbs rather than the refined ones. ie wholegrains etc
Have you looked at a low GI plan?
Good luck x0 -
What are your goals? I see that you exercise which adds available calories which is great. I am taking the cultural difference into consideration (looks like your are UK and I am USA) but I would decrease the sweets and alcohol and you can add a lot more natural food. Whole grains such as brown rice, quinoa and yams. Lean protein such as cottage cheese and yogurt ( you do a great job with tuna and yogurt already). I say this because you are meeting your calories for the day but it looks like there are a lot of empty calories and not nutrient dense. Good luck and great job.
Can someone please tell me how to change my protein count? I am big into fitness and lift heavy weights plus I am gluten intolerant so I eat a lot of protein and I am always in the red. Thanks.0 -
Are you logging all your drinks? If so, you aren't drinking enough, if not, make sure the drinks you are having aren't full of needless calories. The food part of your diet looks good.0
