I'm motivated by seeing and feeling results. So start-up is always a struggle. So is falling off the wagon for a couple weeks2

I expect my disability to eventually put me into a wheelchair, therefore being the lowest healthiest weight plausible's necessary to ensure that I'll be able to maintain my independence; by being able to physically lift/maneuver myself by myself when that occurs!3

Being fit before 50. I have accomplished that with 8 months to go.2

For me I think what really motivated me was when I joined the gym I'm at in September I was stuck using 5lb weights for workouts. Now I'm up to 12lbs. I'm motivated to move up to 15 soon.1

My children are my biggest motivators at this point. While there are other reasons I want and need to lose weight, they are by far at the top of the list! I'll be about 62 when my son graduates from high school, and I want to ensure I am here long enough to see that happen.3

Summer is right around the corner....I always put on a few winter pounds which is no big deal save for vanity...I start losing that vanity weight about nowish.1

For me it's mental health, to feel like "myself" physically as well. I also have a young family and I have noticed our whole family seems to take their lifestyle cues from me. If I am active and eating well, everyone is active and eating well. I owe it to them as much as to myself, because I created them.4

Being able to hike again, more energized, seeing results, learning to cook, and of course feeling sexier. All these things motivate me one way or another.2

Seeing the size of my Husband's ex - (currently dressing in what I can only assume is a six-man tent) makes me want to eat celery just to "kitten" her off.2

The journey of accomplishing my self growth through changing my body and mind to be a fit person and knowing it was all my doing. That feeling of feeling proud of yourself is priceless.0
