I am in my summer holidays, and I am spending alot of time at home in the day, in the evening I go out but in the day I find I am eating more. I did not think I was eating that much more to actually gain weight but I have gained 2lbs.
I really want to get this off within a week. I will exercise and eat less but I'm wondering, will it come off quicker by me eating alot less, or will the exercise do it more?
Thankyou!

loook. if you want to lose weight and keep it off. dont yo yo diet! change your lifestyle, eat healthier and incorporate exercise into your lifestyle. if you dont. youre just going to keep doing this over and over. if you want this, its within your reach, you just need to take that one big step on your way. and please DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF.0 -
That is a tricky question! It all depends on your body, just don't drop below 1200. I think if you exercise you need at least 1200 calories and maybe more. It is possible for your body to go into starvation mode from not eating enough calories.0

Yeah, i will definitively eat around 1200 but im just wondering weather the true weight loss comes from eating less or excercising more, what do i need to be doing more?0

both at the same time is most effective.
but you should still be netting 1200.
although on big exercise days i sometimes find it hard0 -
ok, thanks guys!
i weigh now 8stone 9lbs, that is healthy but i always liek to stay just undre 8stone 7lbs x0 -
nutrition is 70% of the equation... a change to healthy eating should help you more than exercise...especially in the short term.0
