A good high protein lunch is tuna salad with canned tuna, Greek yogurt and either corn or pickle relish. I like it on wheat thins pita chips or nature's own light bread

Shrimp is your best protein source (without fat or carbs). I also eat a fair amount of greek yogurt and cottage cheese. I use a whey based supplement, and then opt for lean cuts of meat (chicken breast, white fish, lean beef).

I love these ! If I am lazy, I don't hollow out the zucchini, I just add the extra zuchinni and bake it in a casserole dish. It is delish!

Tuna is a great high protein source.
I opt for fish or chicken (not a big red meat eater), cottage cheese (buckets of it), high protein yoghurt and either casein or whey powder.
