Mine are burpees but they hurt so good.

Squats. I'm not going to give birth anytime soon so why bother.
But I do em anyways just incase.3 -

The exercise I hate the most is that one where you push away from the dinner table!
But the gym exercise I hate the most is the one that I do to build my leg muscles -- I get on a treadmill and turn it up to its steepest incline (15%) within 10 minutes of the time I begin my workout. (I start at 8% incline and increase the incline 1% every minute or two until I hit the 15% max.) Then, I WALK on the treadmill at 3 miles per hour for the rest of my 60 MINUTE treadmill workout.
This is a very hard exercise, and before I finish, I'm sweating like a stuffed pig. But it WILL burn calories (doing treadmill work on an incline always burns more calories than doing the same workout with the treadmill level). And by doing it relatively SLOW, it helps to build my muscles while at the same time, reduces the chance of injury to my already bad arthritic right knee.
I HATE this exercise, but I do it almost every week as it helps keep me in shape for my races. (BTW, I am 62 years old...)

I don't like planks of any kind.

Toss up between burpees and bulgarian split squats. So I don't do either.1
