Here is my week 1 & week 2 progress Turbo Fire pic:

I actually gone up 3 lbs since starting Turbo Fire. Went from 115 to 118  I honestly don't know what that is all about. I'm weighing all my food, tracking calories and making sure that I have a 2500-2900 weekly deficit. Why am I gaining instead of losing? *was losing consistently when I did Turbo Jam* The only thing that changed is my exercise routine.
(please excuse what I'm wearing)

I also increased my calorie intake by a few hundred, depending on the amount of calories I burn from my workouts. My TDEE usually hover around the 2k mark, so I just subtract 400-500 cals from it to get my cal intake for the day.
I put the wrong date. The second picture was taken today.0 -
You've got your profile set as friends only
It could just be a coincidence. Sometimes your body does stupid things. 3 pounds isn't that much. It could be your body just decided to be a **** this week, you could be pre-menstrual, or it could be just because. If it keeps up every week then something is clearly wrong, but one week shouldn't be something you worry about too much.
I feel for you though, I'd be having the biggest tantrum if the same thing happened to me!0 -
Give you body a little time to adjust. We know how nuts they can get.
Were all different, but from my experience doing TF I didnt lose alot of weight. I toned up alot, but no dramatic weight loss.
Are you using an HRM with a chest strap to get your calories burned?0 -
I would wager your numbers are skewed. Don't forget 3500 calories = 1lb. How much are you planning to lose every week? it's hard to make any suggestions without seeing your diary. To start with, I would only eat back half your workout calories as those numbers aren't very accurate.0

Seems to happen a lot. Likely your body has noticed a change in you burning more calories and is therefore trying to put more energy in reserve.0

Sorry, I don't log my food here (only my exercise). I use caloriecounter.
I take in 1400-1500 calories on workout days, sometimes more if I get a high calorie burn that day. I aim for a 400-500 daily deficit through diet and exercise. And yes, I have a hrm (polar) that I use to record my calories burned on CC.
I usually get my TOM at the beginning of the month. Not sure why my period is late.
My stats are:
5'1"
20 years old
My TDEE is around 2k with exercise factored in.0
