I took 2 weeks off for holidays, thank goodness I only gained.2 lbs! I’m back now , I went to the gym and so far at 6:00pm iv eating well. Night time is hard for me, but I’m going to do my very best!

My best tip. Make it a sustainable lifestyle habit. Doing less forever is better than going full blast for awhile and then flaming out. Enjoy the journey1 -
