Hi I‘m a girl who‘s trynna drop from 72kg(159lbs) to 52kg(117lbs). My daily goal is 1200-1400cal (nutrition and exercise). It would be really motivating to have someone on the same journey as me. Let me know if that‘s the case!

So glad I stumbled across this post! I have started my weight loss journey and aiming to lose 20kg and get down to 135lbs I am 171cm in height. Have started the Protein World Slender Blend diet + PT and boxing classes... fingers crossed the scales will budge soon for us all, we can do this! x2
