Hi, I'm Billie I have a lot of mental ollnesses and last year o got stuck in a deppression hole for months I tried climbing out but kept getting licked down. I kept telling myself I'd change things and get healthy but I didn't. I decided a couple days ago enough was enough. Today was my first day replacing breakfast with a spinach detox smoothie. I swotched to almond milk and in exercising again. I really want to lose weight and get my figure back. I guess I'm just looking for aupport bit I don't really know this app very well...

Hi Billie, sorry to hear you aren't feeling well.

Maybe you need a reminder that you can't just "decide to get healthy" - you will have to keep doing more healthy things in order to become more healthy. Green smoothies and detoxes are getting traction these days, but that doesn't mean that they do anything for you. If you want to lose weight, you just have to eat less. Breakfast is good. Eat something you like for breakfast. Exercise is good for you too. Do something you like, or if you're so depressed that nothing is fun, do something you liked when you weren't depressed.
