I am not new to MFP. I've had the app for years, but I haven't ever really seriously used it. I am cutting out the *kitten* as far as my health goals so I will now be using it consistently in concerts with my other efforts. If you recognized the hashtag you may be familiar with the best online fitness community for women (at least as far as I've found) Fit Girls Guide! I am looking for more accountability partners and just some inspiration to be consistent with this app and being MINDFUL and INTENTIONAL about the things that goes into my body. I am not on a diet but trying to change my lifestyle in real time and not go back to that person that eats emotionally and out of boredom.
I'm 29, a Sagittarius, I live in Florida and I'm working on my massage therapy license. I am into spiritually, holistic health, and esoteric knowledge. I love to read, travel, and experience new things. All friends welcome!

The first covers accurate logging and some of the tools in MFP to help you make things easier. The second discusses caloric needs and setting goals. These two posts completely changed my MFP experience and helped me be much more successful, so I hope they do the same for you.
