Lean in 15 Books (Beginner)

Hi All,
I am starting the Lean in 15 Red Book tomorrow, and I'll be using My Fitness Pal to keep track of everything. Good Luck to anyone else following the same programme, will be nice to see what others are doing, motivate each other and swap ideas etc. Food is all prepped for tomorrow, Reduced Carb Oats and Greek Yogurt for Breakfast, Carrot Sticks and a handful of nuts for snacks, Chicken Salad for Lunch, HIIT straight from work, Protein shake, then Chicken Katsu Curry and Rice for Dinner. Feeling Motivated.
