Hi everyone,

I have been working with essential oils for a few years now and was introduced to them when I found they gave me relief from migraines, I now have been trained for Raindrop therapy and also utilize the oils in my weight loss program for things like stabalizing blood sugar and even to help ease strained muscles from working out.

The other day, a close friend of mine sent me an email about how to incorporate essential oils in weight loss. It was a whole forum article that I notice was posted in a few places. Anyhow, some of the information I was already aware of and some of it I was not. I was familiar with the benefits of grapefruit oil but since I hate grapefruit, I could not bring myself to really try it.

I cannot attest to this information as I have not tried it but my girlfriend has started the regime and noticed considerable results already. I will be ordering some of these oils in my next order. However, I will not ever suggest that this should ever replace good diet habits and exercise. But the information may be of interest to some of you.

Most of this article is transcript notes of the actual video and the actual video is not included but the recipe they use is there and there is some valuable health information in the entire article. I have posted this information to a page on my website as it is way to long to include in this forum. But you may take a look at it here.

Hope you enjoy the information and have a terrific weekend.

Thanks for the link. I use grapefruit oil to curb sugar cravings.

Thanks for the tip as well. I may have to buckle down and just try that grapefruit oil. I personally was using Ocatee Oil initially to regulate blood sugars initially as when I started working out and calorie counting I would get light headed. Now that I have established a more active routine my body isn't requiring it so much and doing much better to regulate without the help. But I will have to keep that in mind as I often crave to sweetness of peanut butter....lol!
