Hi, About me-
I'm Male
Age: 30 ish
Height: 5'11 (or around about)

I hit my peak last year around the end of November at 107.5kg (i have sat around 104-5 for nearly 10 years now). I finally decided there was no way i could let myself break 110 so i gave up soda and switched to soda water, i noticed my weight was slowly dropping and luckily i didn't gain it back over the holidays. 2 weeks ago i was at 103 but i decided to start keeping an eye on what i ate the weightloss was a little too much for my liking and didnt seem healthy (i was at over 1kg a week) turns out i do not eat as much as i though 70% of my calories were just crap. When i worked out my soda free intake it was around 800 cal (mostly dinner and i'm male so way under) I have now revised my diet to include brown rice veggies and protein for breakfast a small lunch (usually nuts i loooooove nuts) and some protein (if i had fish for brekky red meat for dinner or chicken) and a myriad of snacks. I weighed myself today and i almost cried, it was the first time i have seen double digits for a very long time, 99.5 i have gained a better control of my weight loss (just around 1kg a week) and i am thrilled. My aim is for 80-85 kg and for the first time i feel like i can really do it.

Thank you guys and the AWESOME tools you provide to allow me to do this without signing up for things where it feels like they are after my money and not my health. Thank you all in this community.

    Woohoo!! Well done!
Yes of course you can do it but sometimes we need some more practical confirmation to believe it ourselves. Keep up the good work, you'll get there.

That's why I recently got a scale. Seeing those numbers get smaller really motivates me to keep going!
