I'm always amazed by the power of the human spirit and determination. I'd say good luck, but if you're as determined and motivated as I think you are, you won't need it.

While not paying attention I find myself 40 lbs overweight- dedicating 2018 as year I take back my heath n well being! Feeling old n overwhelmed, but determined!
Happens to the best of us. I’m 51 with 22 pounds to shed, um, for approximately the fourth time. Never stop trying! You’ll kick butt!0 -
Reverse the numbers and be 36.
I should warn you though it's a little disconcerting waking up on your next birthday to find you have aged 10 years and are now 46, I cried.

(On a more serious note, you can do this. Have a reasonable deficit. It will probably take close to a year to lose the weight so do it in a sustainable manner.
Exercise. Start at an easy, sustainable level and include strength training as well as cardio.)0
