Time to go again...

Hello!
So me, I was always the fat kid until around 28/29 when I'd had enough of partying. I was half was through a degree and stressed/depressed beyond belief and started counted calories on here... I lost a good couple of stone.
Since starting my job 18 months ago I got really lazy and put it all back on (plus a little more) with laziness, bad eating and booze.
Back keeping calories in check with meal plans and a change in what I'm buying and just started a 5x5 program. Don't wish me luck as I'm going to crack on again regardless Going to go until my birthday at the end of March and either keep going with 5x5 or change it up. We'll see how that goes but I'm looking forward to using the community this time round sharing the journey

I like that you're setting your goal until the end of March to begin with. Some people try something and when it doesn't work within a week or 2 they give up. Keep working on yourself! Welcome back!1
