Anyone else have slim waist goals?

    To have a slim thick body type food plays a very important role as well. Slim thick basically translates to gynoid body type. Look up workout and diets for that body type and you should be golden. :)

    You can't control what body type you are however. People need to be realistic as to what they can accomplish based upon bone structure, fat distribution and genetics.

    Eat at a reasonable deficit to lose fat and lift heavy to try and retain your muscle mass.

    This right here. And then when you get to goal if you aren't as thick as you were hoping, you can run bulk cycles to continue to grow.
