Threw up, do I log the food?

Self explanatory. I threw up my breakfast about 20 minutes after consuming it. Should I log it?
Hungover not bulimic.

Log it, but the likelyhood is that your body didn't get to digest much saying it wasn't in there long.

I do. It's probably not like you'll feel like overeating anyhow, and since you can't tell how much was divested, betterto overcount than undercount.Unless you're trying to gain. In which case, do the opposite

Weigh it and log the difference. Kidding. Don't do that.

I just spat my tea at the lap top reading that :D

Unless you're like a dog, and eat what you regurgitate, than no, don't log it. Go back to bed and when you wake up, start over! We've all been there!

There should be an entry in the database for this issue. I think it takes out 200 calories.
