I do not use the % system and have my own numbers for carbs, fats and protein. I remember I did it once but now I cannot find how to manually change then numbers without using the %'s. Someone please help. Thanks.

What I do is go in and pull the % down until it matches as best as possible. My fats are really high as a result because Carbs and Protein are my main concerns. I just try to keep fats where I know they should be.0

Go to your home page. Click on goals. Scroll down and click on change goals. Select custom instead of guided. It will give you your daily goal amount in grams beside the percentage.0

Yea hitting your protein and fat is #1 but I clearly remember setting my own custom numbers 2-3 weeks ago.0

Right but that lets me only change the % value so lets say I want to hit my 191 grams of protein, 79 of fat, and 366 of carbs I can't do that.0
