    Hi, I’m just starting my journey too. I’m cutting out processed foods and doing mainly clean eating. I’m trying to get going on the exercise front and need to stop smoking too. I lost a friend at work recently, who was quite young and it shocked me into making these changes. We are not invincible, but we can try and look after our bodies.
