Feel free to add me. I am in the process of building healthy habits. So far : 1. Meal Plan and Meal Prep every Sunday. 2. Added minimum of 30 minutes exercise every day.0

Awesome! I'm proud of you! Meal prep is very important. But if you don't get to meal prep one week. Don't let it discourage you. You can always find good healthy food to eat you just have to think outside the box.0 -

I gave up smoking 5 months ago, so I'm feeling pretty happy with myself now!
And I have a habit that I've started this year, don't know if that counts! I go to at least 5 classes in the gym a week - pretty proud of myself for that one I can tell you!!1 -
